Training Philosophy
Tired of investing in "soft skills” training that doesn’t “take?”
All my clients are. Training is not an event. Rather,
it is a multi-step process that ranges from lack of awareness
to integration. For this reason, three-consecutive-day training
sessions do nothing to change on-the-job behaviors. Rather,
what is required is a continuous, systematic strategy that reinforces
the skills that improve results. Muscle Memory requires skill
practice and coaching reinforcement from managers.

Since the training, my role is less of a manager and more of
a mentor. I now have total confidence in my team. When you have
people who can manage their work, you have an almost seamless
environment. Things run so smoothly, you almost think nobody’s
working. I only have to deal with exceptions.
